The fourth CX Brunch had such a great atmosphere that time passed much faster than we expected. A group of people came together who do CX not because someone told them to, but because they enjoy it and that was evident throughout the entire event. We therefore want to sincerely thank everyone who came, shared their experience, and moved the discussion forward again.

The main topic was the effective collection of feedback and, above all, what to actually do with it afterward. Because today everyone can collect data, but turning it into decisions that move a company forward is a different discipline. Participants exchanged specific approaches: how not to overload the customer with surveys, how to distinguish signal from noise, and when it pays off to go deeper. A few approaches were also mentioned that made many of us reconsider established routines.

A major topic was the automation of common CX activities. Not as a buzzword, but very practically what you can realistically automate already today, where it pays off, and where automation, on the contrary, does harm. The discussion naturally also touched on AI assistants, automatic tagging of feedback, and how to set up escalations so that only what managers really need to address reaches them.

And we must not forget the networking it was truly exceptional this time. People stayed long after the official part, exchanged contacts, and discussed specific case studies over coffee. That is exactly why we do CX Brunch.

If you did not make it this time, do not despair we are preparing another edition, and believe that you should not miss it. CX Brunch is not a conference where you sit in the back row and listen. It is a place where you actually meet people who do CX at a top level in the largest companies in the Czech Republic, and you take away specific approaches that you can use as soon as Monday.
