We held the third CX Brunch for the first time in a new venue, and we have to say it was a perfect hit. A place with great cuisine, excellent coffee, and an atmosphere that naturally sets the tone for more relaxed, yet all the more substantive discussions. Thank you to everyone who came and gave this new place a chance. Your reactions were clear: we are staying.
The topic of the day was modern technology in CX. It was not a dry presentation of what is on the market it was a practical discussion about where the deployment of new tools really pays off, where it instead generates more work than benefit, and what can reasonably be expected from technologies over the next two years. Participants shared experiences from their own pilots and were not afraid to talk about things that did not work.
We spent a lot of time on the question of how to collect feedback in public spaces where you do not have the customer’s email, do not have their name, and have about ten seconds of attention. We discussed satisfaction terminals and their possibilities, voice surveys and their pitfalls, as well as creative offline approaches that many companies forget. The brainstorming was so dynamic that some ideas were written directly on napkins, and that is always a good sign.
In the end, we looked into the future of CX. Where the field is heading, what is changing in customer expectations, and which skills will be critical in teams. No crystal balls just the experience of people who make decisions in CX every day.
CX Brunch #4 has already taken place, but we are preparing the fifth edition, and believe that this is exactly the one you should not miss. If you are interested in how other companies actually work with feedback, which technologies have proven themselves, and where the limits of automation lie, this is the only place in the Czech Republic where you will hear it firsthand. The next CX Brunch takes place on April 16, 2026 in Prague. Sign up at cxbrunch.cz and see for yourself why everyone likes coming back here.
