CX Brunch #1- 28. 9. 2025

The first CX Brunch was a small experiment for us at InsightSofa. We wanted to test whether it makes sense to bring together CX managers and directors from different companies in a smaller format without a stage, without corporate fluff, just over good food and coffee. The answer came quickly: it does make sense, and enormously so. A big thank you to all our clients who accepted the invitation and became part of the historically first event of this kind in the Czech Republic.

Because it was a pilot edition, we invited primarily InsightSofa clients. We discussed new platform features what is being prepared, what you would like to see, and where, in your opinion, the product should develop. This feedback was extremely valuable to us, and a number of things you proposed back then are today actually on the roadmap or already in the product.

A major topic was also the overall development of CX in the Czech Republic. Where we were five years ago, where we are today, and where we are heading. Participants shared how the attitude of company leadership toward customer experience is changing, where you still encounter misunderstanding, and what, on the contrary, works in arguments with the CFO. We also discussed modern technologies that were then beginning to move the field, and today we see that many of our estimates from back then have come true.

This first event started something that within a year turned into a regular event that people look forward to. And in hindsight we have to say: it was one of the best professional decisions we have made.
