Pro\u010d zakladatel technologick\u00e9 firmy zakl\u00e1d\u00e1 m\u00e9dium? A m\u00e1 v dob\u011b AI v\u016fbec smysl d\u011blat magaz\u00edn?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co v\u00e1s vedlo k zalo\u017een\u00ed X Pulse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Up\u0159\u00edmn\u011b? Dlouhodob\u00e1 frustrace. V \u010cesku se o Customer Experience \u010dasto mluv\u00ed velmi zjednodu\u0161en\u011b. X Pulse je platforma pro hlub\u0161\u00ed rozhovory s lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed CX a EX skute\u010dn\u011b \u017eij\u00ed, konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpadov\u00e9 studie z \u010desk\u00e9ho i zahrani\u010dn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, koment\u00e1\u0159e k trend\u016fm, pohledy na leadership, kulturu, data i technologie, a ano \u2013 i kritick\u00e9 zamy\u0161len\u00ed nad t\u00edm, co se v oboru \u010dasto d\u011bl\u00e1 \u0161patn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Chceme, aby si \u010dten\u00e1\u0159 odnesl nejen inspiraci, ale i konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed my\u0161lenku, kterou m\u016f\u017ee z\u00edtra za\u010d\u00edt aplikovat ve sv\u00e9 firm\u011b.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jak se vypo\u0159\u00e1d\u00e1v\u00e1te s dne\u0161n\u00ed AI? M\u00e1 smysl d\u011blat magaz\u00edn?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tohle je velmi dobr\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. AI dnes dok\u00e1\u017ee vygenerovat \u010dl\u00e1nek b\u011bhem p\u00e1r sekund. Ale to neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee dok\u00e1\u017ee vytvo\u0159it n\u00e1zor, zku\u0161enost a kontext. AI je skv\u011bl\u00fd n\u00e1stroj. Pom\u00e1h\u00e1 n\u00e1m s re\u0161er\u0161\u00ed, strukturou, samotn\u00fdmi \u010dl\u00e1nky nebo editac\u00ed. Rozhovory s lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed v oblasti CX a EX skute\u010dn\u011b n\u011bco vybudovali \u2013 a\u0165 u\u017e jsou to majitel\u00e9 firem, CEO, HR \u0159editel\u00e9 nebo specialist\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed v\u00fdsledky. Chceme otev\u00edrat ot\u00e1zky jako: Jak se m\u011b\u0159\u00ed zku\u0161enost zam\u011bstnanc\u016f ve v\u00fdrobn\u00ed firm\u011b? Jak propojit CX s finan\u010dn\u00edmi v\u00fdsledky? Co d\u011blat, kdy\u017e v\u00e1m NPS roste, ale tr\u017eby stagnuj\u00ed?<br \/>\nX Pulse nebude jen inspirativn\u00ed. Chceme, aby byl i lehce nepohodln\u00fd. Proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b nepohodln\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky posouvaj\u00ed firmy dop\u0159edu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co t\u00edm chcete dos\u00e1hnout?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dlouhodob\u011b? Zm\u011bnit \u00farove\u0148 debaty v \u010cesku. R\u00e1d bych, aby za p\u00e1r let bylo b\u011b\u017en\u00e9, \u017ee se o CX mluv\u00ed jako o strategick\u00e9m pil\u00ed\u0159i firmy &#8211; ne jako o \u201em\u011bkk\u00e9m t\u00e9matu\u201c marketingu nebo HR.<\/p>\n<p>Z kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9ho hlediska chceme vybudovat komunitu lid\u00ed, kte\u0159\u00ed sd\u00edl\u00ed podobn\u00e9 hodnoty: \u017ee z\u00e1kazn\u00edk i zam\u011bstnanec nejsou polo\u017eky v Excelu, ale zdroj dlouhodob\u00e9 stability firmy.<\/p>\n<p>A ano \u2013 pokud d\u00edky tomu budou lid\u00e9 v\u00edce rozum\u011bt tomu, pro\u010d m\u00e1 smysl systematicky pracovat s daty o zku\u0161enosti, tak to p\u0159irozen\u011b pom\u016f\u017ee i na\u0161emu byznysu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neboj\u00edte se pr\u00e1v\u011b spojen\u00ed tohoto magaz\u00ednu s produktem InsightSofa? Chceme otev\u00edrat diskuze, kter\u00e9 nejsou jednostrann\u00e9.<br \/>\nPokud budeme dlouhodob\u011b p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161et hodnotu, lid\u00e9 velmi rychle poznaj\u00ed rozd\u00edl mezi reklamou a obsahem s p\u0159esahem. D\u016fv\u011bra se ned\u00e1 vynutit. D\u00e1 se jen budovat.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kde se vid\u00edte za dva roky s X Pulse?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>R\u00e1d bych, aby X Pulse byl p\u0159irozen\u00fdm referen\u010dn\u00edm bodem pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho, kdo se v \u010cesku zaj\u00edm\u00e1 o CX a EX. Aby m\u011bl silnou komunitu \u010dten\u00e1\u0159\u016f, pravideln\u011b p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161el rozhovory s top lidmi z trhu a mo\u017en\u00e1 v budoucnu m\u011bl vlastn\u00ed offline setk\u00e1n\u00ed nebo konferenci.
